Frequently asked questions
I love the idea but don’t like the idea of being in a studio.
Boudoir photography is just that, photographs in your bedroom, or other rooms in your house. That is where you will feel the most comfortable, in your own familiar surroundings.
I don’t know how much I want to show.
We can discuss this at you free consultation but remember that on the shoot itself, you can change your mind, if you want to wear more or less, that is fine. As a female boudoir photographer, you will probably find that you are more comfortable than you would be with a male.
What do I wear?
That’s really up to you, though I am more than happy to advise when you book a free initial consultation. We can have a chat about ideas, and get an idea of your personality along with what you are looking for. If for example you are having a pre-wedding shoot, you may like to have some taken in your bridal underwear and veil. From the sensual to the erotic, it is up to you.
I really don’t like some parts of my body, what can I do about those?
We all have areas that we would prefer to cover up and we can talk about those at your initial consultation, so please don’t worry about that. Boudoir photography is for you to feel sexy, not uncomfortable.
I don’t want others to see my images.
You images will be put onto a secure online gallery for viewing at your pleasure. It is password protected so only you will have access. No images are used by myself unless you give permission to do so. Your privacy is of the utmost importance.
